At CodesLogic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

- Refunds are only available for the initial design concept before any revisions are made. - If you request a refund before the delivery of the initial design concept, you are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee). - Once you approve the initial design concept and request revisions, no refund will be issued.

2. Process for Refund:

- To request a refund, contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the refund request. - Our team will review your request and process your refund within 10-15 business days if it meets our eligibility criteria.

3. Exceptions:

- Rush services, upgrades, and add-on features are non-refundable. - Refunds are not available for services already delivered and approved by the client.
